New Conduct Tasks

To access this page:

  1. Select dspConduct > Design in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click the IGC Tasks icon.
  3. Click the Create New Task icon.

Field

Description

DESCRIPTION

Displays a description of the task.

TYPE

Displays the task type:

  • Application - Identifies tasks that gather, enter or make changes to data using pages in the Content WebApp for preparation to send to the system(s) of record.
  • Display - Identifies tasks that can be viewed but cannot be changed.
  • Review - Identifies tasks that evaluate and review data, either approving or rejecting all changes made within the execution of a request.
  • Post - Identifies tasks that post data to a target system, after the Application and Review roles have been completed.

COMMENT

Displays user-entered comments about the task.

INSTRUCTIONS

Displays user-entered instructions about performing the task.

Create Page

Click to open the Pages page to add a new page in the Content WebApp.

Refer to Design Pages in System Administration for more information.

Use Existing Page

Click to open the Assign IGC Task to Existing Page page to assign the IGC™ task to an existing page in the Content WebApp.
